From the time that people began to ask questions of live and death,
There has been others, who alleged to know all the answers, they wanted to get.
They rather believed the stories, from which they could take some heart,
Than having to be the only fool, staying in the dark.

Still there were some headstrong people, who couldn’t but refuse
To rely on a stunning god and just take it for the truth.
They have been fallen sad victims to what was given birth.
Just watching their running blood,
That flowed out over the earth.

Every time when people started to think about right and wrong,
There have been others, who laid down the roads, they ought to go along.
They rather were worthy people, though it might be just a fake,
Than being that poor devil, burning at the stake.

Still there were some headstrong people, who couldn’t but decline
To believe in a stunning god and behave themselves in line.
They have been fallen sad martyrs to what was given birth.
Just watching their running blood,
That flowed out over the earth.
